The following is a list of steps that you should follow to help you to get one way backlinks from sites with a pagerank 3 and over. This in turn will help you increase your pagerank, increase your traffic and in the long run increase your adsense earnings. I have used this method on my other blog and after a short period the following changes happened :

Traffic before, average 10 daily - after, average 300 daily
Adsense earnings before, $3 a month - after, $130 a month
